Rebecca Albano, Esq.

Attorney Rebecca Albano is a Colorado Native, who has been working in the personal injury and tort field for 20 years. Rebecca concentrates on personal injury, car accident, semi-truck accident, drunk driving accident, and severe neck, back, and brain injury cases.

Rebecca started her career assisting with the litigation of toxic tort claims involving groundwater contamination across the State of Colorado as a clerk with The Hannon Law Firm in 2004. Rebecca assisted clients who had suffered property devaluation and illness due to the recklessness of large corporations. Rebecca also spent considerable time assisting in the litigation of medical malpractice claims, including wrongful death and birth injury. During her time at The Hannon Law Firm, Rebecca quickly became inspired to spend her career assisting plaintiffs in all aspects of personal injury and insurance cases.

Rebecca would spend the next 18 years dedicating her life to litigating claims for the folks that needed it most, spending time as an Associate Attorney at two different Denver personal injury firms. At one of these firms, Rebecca headed up the litigation department with great success for her clients and the firm.

During her career, Rebecca has handled hundreds of personal injury cases, and has tried many cases to successful verdict, including high profile multi-million dollar verdicts involving severe neck and brain injuries. Rebecca has lectured regarding trial tactics and procedures to other Colorado attorneys following her successful verdicts. Rebecca has also authored literature in the field of traumatic brain injury litigation.

Rebecca prides herself on her dedication to her clients, including her desire to understand their needs and their goals, and her commitment to counseling, empathy and communication. Rebecca specializes in automobile, motorcycle, trucking injury, wrongful death, brain injury, and bad faith insurance litigation.

Rebecca also enjoys non-profit work for the traumatic brain injury community. After representing hundreds of people with “TBI” over the years, she takes pride in assisting the community of TBI survivors in Colorado and around the country.

Outside of the work she loves, Rebecca also enjoys cooking, exercising, spending time in Breckenridge, Colorado, and hanging out with her husband, son, and three young daughters. Rebecca loves Colorado and is very proud to represent the great people of our State.
